Memphis rapper and Three 6 Mafia members Gangsta Boo died at 43 after she was found unresponsive while visiting a friend’s home in Memphis, according to WSFA 12 NBC News in Memphis, Tennessee.
The circumstances around her death are unknown.
“It’s just a major loss, major loss for us, a major loss for Memphis, for hip-hop,” Fellow Three 6 Mafia member Mr. Del said of her death, per the report, adding that Gangsta Boo was living in Los Angeles, but kept extending her stay in Memphis due to her popularity.
Gangsta Boo was working on a new album called ‘The Boo-Print’.
