Warner Music Group ‘Taps Into the Explosive Spanish Language Market’ Via Gibson-Sponsored Prime Video Series

Warner Music Group is gearing up to bring a Spanish-language 13-episode musical series to Prime Video in February which will be sponsored by Gibson and will star two Warner Music Latina artists.

According to an official release, Warner Music Latina artist Yas Gagliardi is starring as the titular character of the “coming-of-age, young adult dramedy” with Melody co-creator Sarah Lenore joining the Argentina native as Layla.

The series was shot in Miami, Florida and Buenos Aires.

The project is being billed as a “cross collaboration” between Warner Chappell Music (WCM), Warner Music Latina, Warner Music Entertainment, and Buenos Aires’ Trinity Entertainment and the series will feature music crafted by WCM’s Jose Luis Pagan.
